We have inherited world-class amenities in our city from
the visionaries of 100 and more years ago. Our call is to always celebrate that and to use those strong points to spring us forward.

Affordable Housing with Transit Access
Infill Development
From vision to real life. We create the renderings and conduct community studies to gauge public buy-in. Then we propose the solutions to agencies and developers. Every project has a human-centric purpose that fills a current opportunity.
Proposing solutions to bring agencies, builders, and developers together to make sure that no one is left behind and neighborhoods that are currently under-served become vibrant centers of community again. Solutions include infill homes, new form-based projects around transit stations, and apartment complexes. Focus projects include workforce housing, public servant developments, and homes with a neighborhood feel. We support monthly RTA transit passes for the residents in our projects.
Filling the gaps in greatness. Our main focus areas are on transit corridors and areas with untapped potential and currently low density. We are proponents of cottage zoning and new neighborhoods in currently-vacated areas--especially the Southeast side where the Red, Blue, and Green lines provide 12-train per-hour frequency. We believe that we have current streetscapes and infrastructure in place to foster new development in ways that our peer cities can't match.

We support and provide real-world solutions to promote utilization, transit-oriented-developments, and revenue for the RTA. We research emerging national and global transit technologies, and funding sources to bring them to Cleveland. Recognizing that our current transit system and future goals are drivers of long-term investment and returns for our citizens and city. Performing local and city-wide research at a fraction of current costs. Proponents for rail and BRT expansion and of last-mile solutions to make transit an ever-more central element of Cleveland life with the goal of a 15-minute city for everyone. We provide the concepts, research, and funding strategies to make expansion possible.
We act as headhunters for and promoters of the city, recruiting the next generation of residents to put down roots, re-invest in our neighborhoods, and rebuild our urban core. Courting the urban pioneers to rebuild the core with their ambition and resilience. People that want to be a part of something beyond themselves and enjoy our great city in the process.
